1. Steel making system

In the past, steel ladles were generally built with fired bricks such as clay refractory bricks, high alumina refractory bricks, semi silica bricks, and paraffin bricks, with a service life of 10-70 times. When using ladle blowing or continuous casting, the ladle age drops sharply due to high tapping temperature and long residence time. Therefore, countries attach great importance to the development of lining materials and have made significant progress.
A certain steel plant uses a 200t ladle for the converter, lined with aluminum magnesium casting material and self flowing material, with a ladle age of about 95 times and 80 times, respectively;

The insulation board or magnesium coating used for the lining of the intermediate package, and the mullite, aluminum-magnesium, and magnesium refractory castables used for the slag blocking dam can meet the technical requirements of continuous steel casting.
Integrated spray gun for external refining, used for ladle slag blowing or ladle powder spraying, etc. The parts above the slag line are made of high alumina refractory castable, and the parts from the slag line to the nozzle are made of low cement corundum refractory castable, which is vibrated and formed into a whole wrapped lining.
